Founded in 1987 as a specialist driving school, Philip & Son Training Consultants (PSTC) quickly earned a reputation for delivering professional driver training and promoting road safety across Ireland. With over 35 years’ experience in health and safety and emergency response, Philip leads PSTC’s training and consultancy. He specialises in driver training, risk assessments, and fire safety, bringing practical expertise from his work in local government and the Defence Forces.
Chloe Walsh
Chloe is a certified EMT and first aid instructor known for delivering engaging, practical training. She specialises in first aid, manual handling, and fire safety, helping organisations across healthcare and community sectors build confident, safe teams.
