Working at Heights

The Working at Heights Training Course provides essential skills and knowledge for workers who perform tasks at height. This course ensures compliance with Irish Health & Safety Authority (HSA) regulations, including the Work at Height Regulations 2006, and teaches participants how to prevent falls, use fall protection equipment correctly, and minimise risks when working at height.

Participants will gain hands-on experience in ladder safety, scaffolding procedures, harness and lanyard use, and emergency response protocols, helping them operate safely in construction, roofing, telecom, warehousing, and maintenance industries.

By the end of this course, participants will:
