The Food Safety Lv 1 Training Course provides essential knowledge for food workers on safe food handling, hygiene practices, and contamination prevention. This course ensures compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), FSAI (Food Safety Authority of Ireland), and HSA (Health & Safety Authority) regulations, ensuring best practices in food safety for restaurants, cafes, and food production businesses.
