The Food Safety Lv 2 Training Course provides intermediate food safety knowledge for food workers, supervisors, and managers handling food preparation, cooking, and storage. This course ensures compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), FSAI (Food Safety Authority of Ireland), and HSA (Health & Safety Authority) regulations, ensuring best practices in food hygiene and contamination prevention.

Participants will gain in-depth training on food hazards, temperature control, cleaning and disinfection, allergen awareness, and HACCP principles, ensuring compliance with Irish food safety laws and reducing the risk of foodborne illnesses.
