Manual Handling

The Manual Handling Course provides essential training in safe lifting techniques, injury prevention, and workplace ergonomics. This course ensures compliance with the Safety, Health, and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 2007, helping employees minimise the risk of musculoskeletal injuries.

This training is ideal for workers in construction, retail, warehousing, and office environments, ensuring they can lift, push, pull, and carry loads safely.
