Infection Prevention

The Infection Control Training Course provides essential knowledge on preventing the spread of infections in healthcare, childcare, and workplace settings. This course ensures compliance with Health & Safety Authority (HSA), Health Information & Quality Authority (HIQA), and World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines, focusing on hand hygiene, PPE use, risk assessment, and infection prevention protocols.

Participants will learn best practices for managing and reducing infection risks, including effective disinfection techniques, the chain of infection, and outbreak control measures. This training is particularly important for those working in healthcare, social care, hospitality, and food industries.
