The Cardiac First Response (CFR) Advanced Course provides participants with advanced life-saving skills in CPR, AED use, airway management, and emergency response for cardiac arrests, strokes, and choking incidents.
This Nationally-recognised course is designed for individuals who may be required to respond to pre-hospital emergencies in their workplace or community. Learners will develop advanced skills in bag-valve mask (BVM) ventilation, oxygen administration, and airway suctioning, preparing them for real-world emergency scenarios.

👉 Location: Available at our training centre or onsite for groups
👉 Certification: CFR Advanced Certificate (Valid for 2 Years)
⚠️ Prerequisite: Learners must be working or volunteering emergency medical services, fire and rescue services or a healthcare professional working in healthcare facilities or in the community in order to attend
This CFR Advanced Course is ideal for:
✔️ Emergency response teams (ERTs) and healthcare professionals
✔️ First responders, security personnel, and fire wardens
✔️ Lifeguards and sports coaches in high-risk environments
✔️ Workplace first aiders requiring advanced skills
✔️ Community-based first responders
By the end of the CFR Advanced Course, participants will:
✅ Perform high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants
✅ Use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) effectively
✅ Manage airway obstructions, choking, and ventilation techniques
✅ Administer oxygen therapy and suctioning
✅ Recognise and respond to cardiac arrest, stroke, and medical emergencies
✅ Understand the role of emergency medical services (EMS) and bystander support
📌 Practical hands-on CPR & AED training with real-world scenarios
📌 Advanced airway management demonstrations
📌 Interactive role-playing and Q&A sessions
📌 Simulated emergency response drills
📌 Skills assessments to ensure competency
Upon successful completion, participants receive a Cardiac First Response (CFR) Advanced Certificate, valid for 2 years.
💡 Renewal Option: A CFR Advanced Recertification Course is available to maintain certification.
