The Cardiac First Response (CFR) Community Course provides essential CPR and AED training to equip individuals with the skills needed to respond to cardiac emergencies, choking incidents, and strokes. This Nationally-recognised course is designed for members of the public, community groups, and workplaces that want to be prepared for life-threatening emergencies.
Participants will learn how to perform high-quality CPR, use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and assist in cardiac arrest situations until emergency services arrive.
👉 Duration: Half-Day (Approximately 4 Hours)
👉 Location: Available at our training centre or onsite for groups
👉 Certification: CFR Community Certificate (Valid for 2 Years)

By the end of the CFR Community Course, participants will:
✅ Perform high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants
✅ Use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) effectively
✅ Recognise and respond to choking incidents
✅ Assist in cardiac arrest and stroke emergencies
✅ Place a casualty in the recovery position correctly
✅ Understand the role of emergency medical services (EMS) and bystander intervention

Participants will receive a Cardiac First Response (CFR) Community Certificate, valid for 2 years.
