3-Lead ECG

The 3-Lead ECG Training Course provides essential knowledge and practical skills for healthcare professionals, emergency responders, and carers who need to monitor cardiac activity using a 3-lead ECG system. This course covers ECG lead placement, basic rhythm interpretation, and recognising abnormal heart activity, ensuring compliance with HIQA (Health Information & Quality Authority) and HSE (Health Service Executive) guidelines.

Participants will gain hands-on experience in setting up a 3-lead ECG, recording heart rhythms, and recognising potential cardiac abnormalities, improving their confidence in monitoring patients in hospital, pre-hospital, and community care settings.
