The Diabetes Management Training Course is designed to provide healthcare professionals, carers, and educators with essential knowledge and skills to support individuals with diabetes. The course covers blood glucose monitoring, insulin administration, recognising hypo- and hyperglycaemia, and emergency response techniques.
This training ensures compliance with HIQA (Health Information & Quality Authority) and HSE (Health Service Executive) guidelines, equipping participants with best practices in managing Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes in healthcare, education, and home care settings.
