Our  Food Safety Lv2 Course is a key resource for individuals in the food industry, providing extensive knowledge and skills in food hygiene and safety, in line with the standards set out in the FSAI (Food Safety Authority of Ireland) Guide Level 2.

  • Personal Hygiene for Food Handlers
  • Understanding Food Safety Laws and Regulations
